The Border (Die Grenze)
Dates: May 16 – June 16
This travelling exhibition, The Border (Die Grenze), presented in cooperation Goethe-Zentrum Eriwan, opens May 16 and runs through June 16 at the Hay Cultural Art Center.
Where does Asia begin, where does Europe end? Where does Asia end, where does Europe begin? The exhibition The Border [Die Grenze] explores and reflects the geographical and cultural border between Europe and Asia. The project approaches this topic from an artistic standpoint and directs its gaze beyond a purely political and economic perspective to include cultural, artistic, personal or even humorous dimensions. Curated by Thibaut de Ruyter and Inke Arns.
