The Demirchyan Arena, or Hamalir, It is one of Yerevan’s most distinctive buildings, designed by four prominent architects and followers of neo-constructivism in Armenia: A. Tarkhanian, S. Khachikyan, G. Pogosyan and G. Mushegyan Today, the complex plays a signature role in the capital’s cultural life as venue for major concerts and events. This unique space provides a spectacular venue for AAF 2020.
The Complex had a water fountains, an artificial waterfall and garden.
This year AAF will include an outdoor sculpture garden and incorporate an expanded food court, wine, champagne and beer bar, a museum shop, and a children’s zone offering the chance to participate in hands-on art activities.
